🌱 Tree Planting Impact

Chiefs Climate Action Day (CCAD) is a monthly tradition where every Chief plants at least 250 trees per month with their communities.

  • 6.4M seedlings planted (2.63M in 2024; 3.78M Jan–Jul 2025)
  • Across 47 counties
  • In partnership with 10,000+ women, youth, schools, farmers & faith groups
  • Target: 500M seedlings by 2030

👩‍💼 Leadership Training
  • Developed a 10-module Climate, Peace & Security curriculum.
  • Piloted with 10 cohorts (50 Chiefs each) → 500 Chiefs trained in-class.
  • Total 1,170 Chiefs & NGAOs trained nationwide so far.
  • Goal: Train all 4,000 Chiefs + full NGAO structure by 2026.

📡 Decision Support Framework (DSF)
  • Live dashboards providing real-time county and national data.
  • Upgraded for improved usability, authentication, and reporting.
  • Tracks: seedlings planted, migration patterns, security hotspots, climate actions.
  • Goal: National deployment across all counties with integrated reporting into Interior & Environment Ministries.
